Be part of the zero waste movement with this stylish and reusable wooden cutlery set. Your cutlery set comes with its own textile cutlery bag, and was handmade from reclaimed mahogany wood by carpenters around Lake Atitlan.
Unlike most reusable cutlery sets, this one includes chopsticks as well as a knife, spoon, and fork, along with a textile cutlery bag with individual pockets for each piece, rolling up to take up very little space.
Colors vary from bag to bag, but all patterns are traditional to Guatemala. Our artisans hand-finished this wooden cutlery set with mineral oil to preserve the natural tones of the mahogany wood.

Care & Maintenance

Blot freshly washed wooden cutlery set with a clean dishtowel, then allow it to air-dry completely before putting it away. If your cutlery set starts to look dry or doesn't feel smooth, rub the wooden items periodically with mineral oil or a beeswax compound.

Do not use food-based oil such as vegetable or olive oil, as these types of oils can go rancid. Highly pigmented foods, such as tomato sauce or berries, will stain your reusable wooden cutlery set. They are still safe to use if they're stained, and the stains will eventually fade. Wash the textile cutlery bag in cold water and leave to air dry.
